Looking for a physical disability peer support group in Charlotte, NC? At Back to Independence Rehab, we host a monthly, in-person peer support group for individuals living with spinal cord injury, stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, ALS, and other neurological and mobility-related disabilities across the Greater Charlotte area.

Our peer support group provides a safe, empowering, and inclusive space to share experiences, build confidence, reduce isolation, and strengthen both mental health and emotional well-being. Each month includes guided discussion, community connection, wellness education, adaptive strategies for daily living, and opportunities to learn from guest speakers and fellow survivors.
